(March 2003) Checkerboard games and tumbling blocks pass the time in the old log cabin where Lenora sits sewing flags by the dozen. When this is done there is time to dance in a field where pinwheels spin.

Quilt block patterns: tumble blocks; log cabin; Grandmother’s fan; pinwheel; and spools of thread.
